Project counterparts and cooperatng partners include the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade; Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicraf Organizaton; Ministry of Agricultural Jihad; Imam Khomei ni Relief Foundaton; State Welfare Organizaton; Omid Entrepreneurship Fund; Chamber of Commerce; Chamber of Cooperatves; the Central Bank; Provincial ministries, agencies and authorites as well as in vestment funds, banks, labour unions, educaton insttutons and private sector enttes involved in target sectors.
At the macro level, the Project's technical inputs have had a direct and strong impact on the development and subsequent adopton of MCLS' employment generaton policies and the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund's (OEF) investments at the rural and provincial levels, resultng in specifc Takapu plans for every Province in the country since 2017, and including all sectors of the economy well beyond those identfed originally by the Project.
